National Response Framework (NRF) is effective March 22, 2008

Below are the new NIMS compliant courses follow NIMS guidelines:

• IS-100 (ICS 100) Introduction to Incident Command System, I-100
• IS-100.HC Introduction to the Incident Command System for Healthcare/Hospitals
• IS-100.LE - Introduction to the Incident Command System, I-100, for Law Enforcement
• IS-100.PW Introduction to the Incident Command System, I-100, for Public Works Personnel
• IS-100.SC Introduction to the Incident Command System, I-100, for Schools
• IS-200 (ICS 200) ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
• IS-200.HC Applying ICS to Healthcare Organizations
• IS-700 National Incident Management System (NIMS), An Introduction
• IS-800.B National Response Framework (NRF), An Introduction

NIMS ICS 300 & 400 Course;

ICS 300 is 20.5 hours and is required by Oct 1st 2008
ICS 400 is 13.5 hours and is required by Oct 1st 2009

We have added a new way to take the mandatory NIMS IS courses at EMI.
Please use this URL http://emilms.fema.gov/

This site requires no login or password.  It works the same way as the other sites and your test is submitted in the same way.  We just know many users have trouble accessing the other sites for various reasons.
