Master Planning and Best Practices

Fire Services, A Best Practices Review April 14, 1999 This report describes and analyzes services delivered by fire departments in Minnesota and identifies seven major actions that local fire departments can take to improve services. It also identifies numerous specific best practices that show specifically how fire departments are successfully implementing the seven major actions.    This report won an "Impact Award" from the National Legislative Program Evaluation Society.
